Returns Policy

At Alfie's Treasures, we want you to LOVE the items you purchase.  We will gladly accept returned items in the same condition as when it arrived to you within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs should the return be a result of our error.  Please contact us concerning your item and we will work on getting it resolved in a quick and effective manner.

Should you wish to return your item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you once we've received your item and send your refund payment that same day.

Shipping

We offer an array of products with a FREE shipping option from Reno, Nevada to our USA clients.  Most times this FREE option will reach your destination within 5-7 days (even quicker in some instances).  Should you need your item sooner, feel free to inquire about other shipping options.   We ship within hours of receiving your order, but do understand that may require a quicker method of shipping.  With 12 years of internet sales experience to draw from, we'll be happy to research the quickest and most cost effective method of shipping to meet your timeline.

We ship our items as securely as possible using sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts.  Even with all the extra precautions we take, accidents may occur during transit.  We would be happy to purchase insurance should you with to have it added to your invoice.  Please feel free to contact us regarding the expense.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some postal and government restrictions may limit our ability to ship certain products to international destinations.  Please note that the shipping rates for our items will ship depending on their weight and package dimensions. Should the listing not reflect a shipping rate for your country, it may not mean we cannot ship this item to you.  The shipping calculator may need further information to provide you with the shipping quote.  Please contact us regarding this and we will be happy to provide you with one.
