Mikasa was founded in 1948 in the USA, then named American Commercial Inc., importing dinnerware. Their patterns are well known and are popular across all segments of buyers. Their pattern Italian Countryside, began in 1994 and is still produced today. The cream colored stoneware features fluted bands, scrolls and column-like details are reminiscent of classican Italian architechture.
This cup and saucer are in beautiful condition, free from chips, cracks and crazing. The cup measures approximately 3" tall by 3-1/8" across the top and the saucer measures approximately 6-5/8" across.
