Vintage Carved Wood Ashtray with Black Gold Design 5-3/4"

Here is a very pretty carved ashtray with a hand painted design. I am unsure what this is made of but it seems to be wood. The ashtray measures approximately 5-3/4" across by 1-3/4" and is in good condition with a few cracks from age. Weighs .45 lbs.
