The Homer Laughlin china company has been in business in the USA since the 1870's. Their patterns have created a long history of collectors and many china sets have been passed from generation to generation. Their pattern, Gold Glade, was produced in the 1970's and features a carmel or amber colored body, a brown rim and a brown floral pattern on the larger pieces (there is no floral pattern on the smaller items).
These two soup / cereal bowls measure approximately 6-7/8" across by 2" high, are in good condition, free from chips, cracks and crazing.
